Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- Proven experience (3-5 years or more) as a Network Administrator or similar role, ideally within a financial/banking environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with Cisco (or equivalent) routers, switches, firewalls, wireless controllers and VPN technologies.
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), VLANs, subnetting, QoS, network monitoring and network security.
- Experience with network documentation, backup strategies and disaster recovery planning.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication and teamwork skills.
- Professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+ or equivalent will be an advantage.
