Job Description
- In this Network Infrastructure Presales Engineer role, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support during the pre-sales phase of IT infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales team, internal technical teams and clients to understand their business needs and technical requirements
- Design comprehensive and customized IT infrastructure solutions that align with clients’ goals and objectives.
- Educate and advise clients on the features, benefits, and technical aspects of proposed infrastructure solutions
- Analyze customer requirements and assess the feasibility of proposed infrastructure solutions
- Prepare detailed technical proposals, solution architecture diagrams, and implementation plans that articulate the proposed infrastructure solution.
- Conduct proof-of-concept (POC) testing and validation of proposed infrastructure solutions to ensure they meet clients’ requirements.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional technical support and demonstrating expertise in IT infrastructure solutions.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess Bachelor's Degrees
- 5+ years of work experience in Network engineering, or as an Enterprise System administrator.
- Must have pre-sales experience
- CCNP, CCNA, ITIL
- Experience with Firewalls (functionality and maintenance), Cisco ASA, Fortinet
- Knowledge of SDN solutions such as ACI/VMware NSX/storage solution
- Knowledge of Network protocols BGP and OSPF and F5 infrastructure
- Knowledge of Network storage protocols, distributed storage solutions, VMware vsan, Nutanix
- In-depth knowledge of the company's network infrastructure products and solutions, as well as awareness of competitor products and technologies.
- Strong presentation skills
- A customer centric mindset to understand client’s pain points, offer suitable solutions and build strong relationships.
