REQUIREMENTS
- BSc/HND in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven experience in team leadership and NOC operations
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Proficiency in:
- Microsoft Excel (data analysis and reporting)
- Microsoft PowerPoint (presentation and visualization)
- Ability to present complex network reports to both technica and non-technical stakeholders
About the Role
- Lead our (NOC) team to ensure seamless network operations
- Oversee daily NOC activities, providing guidance and support to team members
- Collaborate with cross- functional teams to drive network excellence and customer satisfaction
- Present network reports to stakeholders
