Qualification: OND/HND in any Science Background
The Support Personnel will be responsible forTracking and ensuring all issues relating to data center
- Troubleshooting and resolving hardware issues
- Troubleshooting and resolving cooling issue
- Liaising with the team responsible for UPS, Network etc. installation and maintenance
- Providing periodic preventive maintenance as scheduled on IT asset
- Additional roles may be defined as required and identified during the envisioning stage
