Job Description

  • Provides timely support (resolution of problems/issues) to all bank users of Microsoft Suites e.g. Email, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams etc. Provides timely support on Avaya, Cisco, BT and Polycom services. Administration of Mailboxes, User Accounts, Distribution Lists etc. Public Folder creation, replication and rights assignments. Message tracking and troubleshooting to resolve mail delivery issues.

Qualifications

  • First degree in IT and Computer Sciences or any related field
  • Relevant IT certifications will be an added advantage
  • Minimum of 3-4 years post-qualification experience in a similar or related positiond.
