.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media trends, paid advertising, and digital marketing strategies, along with the ability to analyze data and adjust tactics accordingly.
Responsibilities
Develop and curate high-quality, engaging content (text, images, videos) for all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
Design and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and promote products/services.
Manage social media accounts, ensuring consistent posting schedules, timely responses to comments and messages, and overall community management.
Track, analyze, and report on social media metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Instagram Insights, Facebook Insights, and others. Use data to refine and improve social media strategies.
Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) and manage content marketing efforts to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.
Identify and collaborate with online influencers to amplify our content and reach new audiences.
Stay up-to-date with football online trends to ensure our strategies remain relevant and effective.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing.
Experience in running successful social media campaigns and digital marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on engaging, error-free content.
Working knowledge of basic design and editing tools like Cap Cut, Canva, or similar for content creation.
Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and PPC advertising.
Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics tools (e.g., Instagram Analytics, Google Analytics, Facebook Insights)
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
Familiarity with email marketing tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, Brevo or similar.
