  • The Online Fan Engagement Associate role is designed for a digital-savvy individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing social media channels, creating engaging content, and executing digital marketing campaigns
  • .The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media trends, paid advertising, and digital marketing strategies, along with the ability to analyze data and adjust tactics accordingly.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and curate high-quality, engaging content (text, images, videos) for all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
  • Design and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and promote products/services.
  • Manage social media accounts, ensuring consistent posting schedules, timely responses to comments and messages, and overall community management.
  • Track, analyze, and report on social media metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Instagram Insights, Facebook Insights, and others. Use data to refine and improve social media strategies.
  • Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) and manage content marketing efforts to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.
  • Identify and collaborate with online influencers to amplify our content and reach new audiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with football online trends to ensure our strategies remain relevant and effective.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing.
  • Experience in running successful social media campaigns and digital marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on engaging, error-free content.
  • Working knowledge of basic design and editing tools like Cap Cut, Canva, or similar for content creation.
  • Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and PPC advertising.
  • Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics tools (e.g., Instagram Analytics, Google Analytics, Facebook Insights)
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, Brevo or similar.
