Responsibilities
- Create engaging online content using PTWorld products and services, collaborating with various departments for social media posts.
- Regularly update PTWorld’s status with products and services.
- Act as an online sales representative, handling customer inquiries and sales.
- Collect and manage data such as sales and repair dates to ensure proper follow-up and send messages to customers and staff.
- Serve as a Customer Success representative by following up with customers after purchases to ensure satisfaction, utilizing the Customer Success Calendar.
- Plan, follow up, and document minutes of PTWorld meetings to track goals and action points.
- Organize and execute PTWorld campaigns in partnership with the media team (e.g., PTWorld’s Day).
- Edit and proofread written content to ensure quality before posting.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- HND or BSc qualification with at least 1-year work experience a Content Creator.
- Female candidate is preferable
- Strong writing and editing skills in English and excellent time management skills.
- Must reside within the Oshodi, Agege, Ikeja, Iyana Ipaja, Abule Egba, or Oregun areas.
