Responsibilities
- Update & manage the organization’s social media accounts on all platforms
- Create & post catchy high-quality & engaging content on social media for the organization
- Manage the organization’s social media advertising campaigns
- Build a social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence
- Build brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers
- Oversee customer service provided via social media
- Analyze data to determine if social media campaigns have achieved their objectives
- Grow the company’s social media presence into new social media platforms. Increase the company’s presence on existing platforms including Facebook, Twitter, & Instagram
- Research & monitor the activities of the company’s competitors
- Collaborate with the Marketing department in creating & implementing effective online/offline marketing strategies
- Ensure brand consistency in marketing & social media messages.
Requirements
- Female/Male
- HND / Bachelor's Degree
- Proven Social Media Manager work experience. Minimum of 1 years
- Experience & ability to produce creative & appropriate content for social media platforms
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Great research, time management & presentation skills
- Graphic designing skills
- Experience in managing social media campaigns
- An understanding of search engine optimization & it’s best practices
- MUST reside in Ibadan.
