Responsibilities
- Carry out and implement the plan and operational strategy developed and agreed upon with the Operations manager.
- Promote and grow the reach of the Award to more groups of young people.
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies to promote the organization’s mission and vision.
Requirements
- Candidates should have at least a Bachelor’s degree or HND in communications, public relations, or related fields.
- Proven experience in operations management and communications, preferably in a non-profit or youth development organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences.
- Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems.
