  • We’re looking for an Operations Officer who will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our business, supporting production teams, managing logistics, and optimizing internal processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily operations across departments to ensure efficiency and timely delivery of projects
  • Manage schedules, resources, and logistics for media productions and events
  • Monitor and report on operational performance, identifying areas for improvement
  • Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of tasks
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for operational activities
  • Support compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Media Management, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in operations, preferably within the media or creative industry
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic project management tools
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Salary
N70,000 - N90,000 monthly.
