- We’re looking for an Operations Officer who will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our business, supporting production teams, managing logistics, and optimizing internal processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operations across departments to ensure efficiency and timely delivery of projects
- Manage schedules, resources, and logistics for media productions and events
- Monitor and report on operational performance, identifying areas for improvement
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of tasks
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for operational activities
- Support compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Media Management, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in operations, preferably within the media or creative industry
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic project management tools
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Salary
N70,000 - N90,000 monthly.
