Job Purpose / Objective
The appointee will be required to:
- Drive and support the overall change program, to successfully define, deliver, and embed Digital Transformation Program, helping the organization achieve its strategic goals.
- Co-ordinate and drive Change Management and Culture activities and programs aimed at promoting and deepening Digital & Innovation culture, ways of working and mindset in the oganization.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of industry experience and a deep knowledge and understanding of business strategy and how the vision links to Digital Transformation & Innovation
