What you will be doing
- Planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across various social media platforms, including X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, and others.
- Utilizing GA4, Analytics, PostHog, and AppsFlyer to monitor and analyze campaign performance, generating insights and reports to measure ROI and make data-driven decisions.
- Developing and implementing customer acquisition funnels to maximize conversion rates and user retention.
- Designing and managing programmatic advertising campaigns to reach target audiences effectively.
- Leveraging knowledge of platforms like Zikoko, Techcabal, and Eskimi for targeted advertising opportunities.
- Creating comprehensive paid marketing strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.
- Managing campaign budgets effectively to ensure optimal allocation of resources and maximum ROI.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to align paid campaigns with overall marketing strategies.
What your day-to-day looks like
- Reviewing and analyzing campaign performance data using GA4, Analytics, PostHog, and AppsFlyer and other tools.
- Adjusting and optimizing live campaigns based on performance insights.
- Create dashboards and reports
- Developing new creative and copy for upcoming campaigns.
- Communicating with platform representatives from X, Facebook, Instagram, Zikoko, Techcabal, and Eskimi to explore new advertising opportunities.
- Monitoring budget spending and making necessary adjustments to stay within budget while maximizing campaign impact.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure cohesive and aligned marketing strategies.
- Preparing and presenting reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
What you need to have
- Proven experience as a Performance Marketing Specialist or similar role in the cryptocurrency industry.
- Minimum 5 years' proven experience in Digital Marketing/Performance Marketing or Minimum 3 years' experience in similar roles in the cryptocurrency industry, preferably with a crypto wallet or exchange.
- Proficiency in GA4, Analytics, PostHog, AppsFlyer, and other relevant tools.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, including X, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and their advertising capabilities.
- Experience with programmatic advertising and customer acquisition funnels.
- Familiarity with advertising on platforms such as Zikoko, Techcabal, and Eskimi.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English.
