Blockops Network is on a mission to enhance the web3 experience for developers and startups by making it extremely easy and cost-effective for anyone to set up, maintain, and monitor their blockchain node infrastructure.

As a Product Designer at Blockops, you will work collaboratively with the Product Management, Marketing and Engineering teams to achieve this.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Contribute to the design process from concept to final product, making sure that the user experience is flawless.
- Generate creative concepts and ideas that align both user needs and business goals.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, and interactive prototypes to visualize design solutions.
- Design user interfaces that are visually appealing, user-friendly, and maintain reusable components that enhance user experiences and align with our brand identity.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the feasibility and implementation of design solutions and requests.
- Plan and conduct design reviews to validate design decisions and iterate on feedback.
- Contribute to and maintain a design system that ensures consistency across all products and platforms.
- Identify and address design bottlenecks in frontend applications through periodic design-implemented investigations to improve performance and user experience.
- Support business design needs for marketing, branding, and promotional materials
- Keep up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our products remain cutting-edge.
- Share knowledge and insights with the team through documentation, quarterly published articles and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Our Ideal Candidate should have the following:
- Demonstrable experience working for a product-led start-up or scale-up environment with a strong focus on web development.
- A passion for product design and innovation excellence that inspires others.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities within a cross-functional team, open to feedback, and confident in engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with design tools (e.g., Figma) and agile development methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work unsupervised and effectively in cross-functional teams. Strong time management skills with a track record of meeting key performance indicators
Desirable Qualifications
- This role focuses primarily on Product Design and UX rather than UI design.
- A degree-level qualification in design, product development or a related field.
- Previous employment reference.
