Job Summary
- We are currently looking for a Production Quality Inspector for our client; the power generation industry in Lagos.
- The ideal candidate will analyze production data to ensure compliance with quality standards, identify operational inefficiencies, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance production processes and optimize performance metrics.
Responsibilities
- Analyze document control processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Collect and analyze production data to assess performance against quality and efficiency metrics.
- Conduct regular audits of production processes to ensure adherence to operational procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Identify trends and patterns in production data to uncover root causes of issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain automated dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production audit.
- Collaborate with production teams to implement data-driven solutions for process optimization and waste reduction.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by conducting ad-hoc analysis and presenting findings to stakeholders.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through validation and reconciliation procedures.
Requirements
- B.Sc/HND in Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4 - 6 years experience auditing and tracking production data in a manufacturing space.
- Familiarity with production systems and manufacturing processes.
- Must have experience as a Quality Analyst in Generator or Electrical Appliances
