Job Summary:
- We are seeking for a result driven and experienced Project Delivery Specialist to lead and support the successful delivery of multiple projects across our unit and working across various client engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in?project management, preferably with?consulting experience, and a solid understanding of?general IT concepts. A key part of this role involves?writing compelling proposals, coordinating project teams, and ensuring timely execution of deliverables. This role requires someone who can manage competing priorities, coordinate team efforts, and ensure quality delivery while contributing to business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, work plans, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate cross-functional team activities to ensure timely and quality execution.
- Monitor project performance, track milestones, and provide regular status updates to internal stakeholders and client.
- Draft and review project proposals, responds expression of interests (EOIs), concepts notes, ensuring alignment with client needs and organizational goals.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support project design, strategy development, and solution recommendations.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with internal standards.
- Support the implementation of project management best practices and tools.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment
- Contribute to process improvement efforts and knowledge-sharing within the unit.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Project Management, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in managing projects, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.
- Strong experience in writing proposals and business documentation.
- Minimum of?3 years of experience?in project management or consulting.
- Strong understanding of?project management methodologies?and tools.
- Project Management certification?(e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) is a strong advantage.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- General IT knowledge and comfort working with digital tools and platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and manage competing deadlines.
