Role Summary
- Are you a detail-oriented, tech-savvy individual who is passionate about engineering and project support? We're searching for a Project Engineer Support (CMMS/CMS) to join our team and help manage and optimize our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and Content Management System (CMS).
- In order to improve operational efficiency, you will help with the implementation, upkeep, and enhancement of CMMS/CMS systems as a Project Engineer Support (CMMS/CMS). To guarantee precise data management, system functionality, and process improvement, you will collaborate closely with project teams, engineers, and technical staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpretation and Extraction of relevant data from Process Engineering Flow Scheme (PEFS) and P&ID.
- Drawing Isometric Sketches of Oil and Gas facilities in 3-D and carrying out Physical Asset Verification (PAV).
- Carrying out Wall Thickness Measurement (UT Testing) on Vessels and Process Pipelines.
- Production of CMD using AutoCAD, CIMS using Excel/w-IMS Templates, ICAD (Intelligent CAD) using AutoCAD.
- Extract Instrument/Equipment Tags from PEFS and develop/update the Asset Register.
- Identify and build safety-critical elements (SCEs) from the Asset Register.
- Develop Hierarchy, templates, structures and Asset register Database for implementation into a CMMS.
- Build Functional Location (FL) hierarchy using Oil & Gas Refining and Petrochemical documentation.
- Be part of Asset Data Gathering in Site PAV and attend to assigned task in CMMS/CMS deliverables development.
- Adhere to all safety measures in place both at worksite & office.
- Ensures safe work procedures are adhered to in Project Site PAV
Skills/Competencies
- Proficiency in using office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, SharePoint).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD usage.
- Ability to identify and address Projects CMMS/CMS-related issues quickly and efficiently.
- Readiness to anticipate issues, address risks, and implement preventive measures.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- Experience with CMMS/CMS systems (and a strong willingness to learn).
- ASNT Level II (Ultrasonic Testing)
- HSE Level and or HSE Competence Development
