JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Supervise drivers and dispatch riders, ensuring adherence to traffic regulations.
- Maintain full compliance with security policies.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure vehicles are equipped with necessary accessories.
- Oversee renewal of vehicle insurance and regulatory documents.
- Act as company liaison with government agencies, ministries, police, fire departments, and local authorities.
- Strengthen relationships with officials for seamless interactions.
- Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations in collaboration with relevant government entities.
- Implement measures to address potential incidents or emergencies.
- Ensure efficient and secure employee travel management.
- Provide timely notifications on traffic conditions, strikes, and road diversions that may impact company operations.
- Implement and adhere to departmental policies to ensure operational efficiency and legal compliance.
- Oversee compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Ensure workplace safety protocols are properly executed.
Requirements:
- A degree in Business Management or any related field
- 5 to 7 years' experience in a similar industry (3 years of which in a supervisory role)
