KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the quality of software products.
- Collaborate closely with software developers and product managers to understand system requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Perform manual and automated testing to validate software functionality, performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Design and implement automated testing suites using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
- Identify, document, and track bugs and issues to resolution.
- Analyze test results and provide meaningful reports to stakeholders.
- Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
- Proficiency in testing web-based applications, APIs, and mobile applications.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Certification in Quality Assurance or Testing (e.g., ISTQB certification) is a advantage.
- Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
