Job Summary:

  • The Manager will oversee the daily operations of the company, ensuring the successful delivery of services to artists and clients.
  • This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the music industry, and the ability to foster relationships with artists, promoters, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Artist Management: Guide and support artists in their careers, including career development, branding, and business strategies.
  • Tour Management: Coordinate and oversee touring logistics, including scheduling, budgeting, and artist accommodations.
  • Music Production Oversight: Collaborate with producers and sound engineers to ensure high-quality music production.
  • Label Services Management: Manage the label services offered, including distribution, marketing, and sales strategies for music releases.
  • Promotion and Marketing: Develop and implement promotional campaigns to enhance the visibility and reach of artists and their music.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with artists, industry professionals, and partners.
  • Financial Oversight: Monitor budgets and financial performance, ensuring profitability and sustainability of projects.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor staff, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
  • Industry Trends: Stay current with music industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in the music industry, with a focus on management.
  • Strong knowledge of music production, touring logistics, and artist development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
  • Passion for music and a deep understanding of the music landscape.
