Role Overview
We are recruiting a results-driven Sales Manager to lead enterprise sales, manage the sales pipeline, convert high-value opportunities, and drive revenue growth across multiple enterprise software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise and government sales across multiple product categories.
- Build, manage, and forecast a strong sales pipeline.
- Conduct product demos and presentations with internal product leads.
- Identify new markets and strategic opportunities nationwide.
- Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Manage and coach a small sales team or sales reps.
- Prepare weekly sales reports and revenue forecasts.
Requirements
- 5–10 years’ experience in enterprise or government sales.
- Proven record of closing high-value deals.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, etc.).
- Ability to sell complex software solutions to senior executives.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
