Job Summary
- The role requires a basic understanding of the financial sector with an emphasis on services / offerings in the retail and commercial space and cross-selling.
Responsibilities
- Develop marketing strategies to grow customer base and increase revenue
- Establish and maintain good customer relationships
- Meet revenue targets Conduct detailed market research to identify selling opportunities and understand customers needs.
- Proactively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media engagement.
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales demonstrations, maintaining readiness for potential sales opportunities.
- Represent the company at exhibitions or conferences, participating actively to promote our offerings.
- Gather and share customer feedback with internal teams to drive continuous improvement in our offerings.
Required Skills and Experiences
- 2 - 3 proven years of experience as a Sales Executive or in a relevant sales role.
- Proficiency in English and excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Experience with CRM software is a plus.
- A thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Fast learner with a strong passion for sales.
