Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Ambassador to join our Real Estate team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for representing our company at the highest level, building relationships with high-net-worth clients, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking meetings
- Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients, investors, and industry leaders
- Collaborate with agents and other teams to drive sales growth and revenue generation
- Provide market insights and expertise to clients and internal stakeholders
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans
- Mentor and train junior ambassadors and agents
- Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity
- Ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required; Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in Real Estate, sales, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in building relationships and driving sales growth
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Strong market knowledge and industry expertise
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Benefits
- Salary: N100,000 Monthly and benefits package
- Incentives
- Land: 5% sales commission
- Building: 2.5% sales commission
- One all expense paid trip outside Nigeria.
