Responsibilities
- In this role, he/she will be responsible for integrating SAP HCM and SuccessFactors EC modules, working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective solutions.
- He/She will be the technical point of contact between the IT department and the HR department
- Technical point-of-contact for the assigned functional area and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.
- Ensure applications meet the needs, requirements, and objectives of the HR department.
- Determining business needs via consultation, business analysis, and targeted observations.
- Assessing existing IT infrastructure and recommending improvements.
- Deploying SAP solutions and ensuring smooth system integration.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues to optimize performance.
- Works effectively with peers to set technology priorities and conduct long-term planning.
- Collaborates with HR Leaders to determine the short- and long-term requirements for SAP HR modules, and systems
- Identify training gaps impacting service quality
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in related technical/business areas or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors EC integration
- Deep understanding of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors EC modules, data models, and workflows
- Experience in integration of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors EC using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) or other middleware.
- Strong knowledge of HR business processes and best practices
- Experience in implementing and supporting HR systems.
- Ability to gather requirements, design integration solutions, and provide technical guidance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
