Job Description:
We seek an experienced and innovative Senior Digital Marketing Executive to lead strategic marketing initiatives, enhance brand visibility, and optimise engagement across multiple channels (online and offline). This role requires a data-driven marketer with expertise in social media, creative direction, content marketing, email marketing, paid media, SEO, and website management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in campaign execution, media buying, and lead generation while ensuring high-quality reporting, adherence to team SOPs, and effective vendor management. Agency experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Direction & Campaign Execution
- Develop and execute innovative digital campaigns that strengthen brand presence and engagement.
- Provide creative direction for content, ensuring compelling storytelling across all platforms.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials, ensuring a cohesive and engaging user experience
Social Media, Content & Community Growth
- Develop and execute a marketing strategy to drive growth, engagement, and brand awareness.
- Create and manage engaging content, including press releases, blog posts, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Monitor and analyse metrics, ensuring continuous optimisation of content performance.
Corporate Communications, PR & Events
- Support corporate branding initiatives, public relations strategies, and event marketing campaigns.
- Plan and execute online and offline brand activations to enhance brand reputation and engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of PR and event strategies.
Lead Generation & Email Marketing
- Develop and manage lead generation campaigns, optimising conversion funnels and nurturing prospects.
- Create and execute targeted email marketing and newsletter campaigns to drive engagement and retention.
- Analyse email performance metrics and optimise content to improve open and click-through rates.
Advertising, SEO & Website Management
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Implement and monitor SEO best practices to drive organic search growth.
Vendor Management & Corporate Materials
- Collaborate with vendors and media partners to optimise campaign execution and media buying strategies.
- Develop creative marketing materials that effectively communicate brand messaging.
- Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives across all materials and platforms.
Project Management & Team SOPs
- Ensure adherence to team standard operating procedures (SOPs) in campaign execution and reporting.
- Deliver high-quality reports, presentations, and proposals that provide actionable insights.
- Maintain efficient workflows and cross-functional collaboration to optimise marketing operations.
Skills & Qualifications
Essential:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a fast-paced industry.
- Strong expertise in social media marketing, SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and lead generation.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent copywriting, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to execute and optimise paid media campaigns across digital platforms.
- Experience with community building and content marketing to drive engagement and audience growth.
- Strong project management and vendor coordination skills.
- Knowledge of corporate communications, PR, and event marketing strategies.
- Creative mindset with an ability to develop unique brand narratives and campaign concepts
Desirable:
- Experience in financial services, fintech, e-commerce, or SaaS industries.
- Prior agency experience is advantageous.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or website management tools is beneficial.
- Google Ads & Meta Ads certification is an added advantage.
