Interswitch Limited is an integrated payment and transaction processing company that provides technology integration, advisory services, transaction processing and payment infrastructure to government, banks and corporate organizations. Interswitch, through its “Super Switchâ€Â provides online, real-time transaction switching that enable businesses and individuals have access to their funds across the 24 banks in Nigeria and across a variety of payment channels such as Automated Teller Machines (ATMS), Point of Sale (PoS) terminals, Mobile Phones, Kiosks, Web and Bank Branches.
To support the growth of Interswitch’s products and brands using digital channels, whilst championing content excellence, operational effectiveness and resource efficiency from a digital marketing and engagement viewpoint.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage and optimise our social media presence, taking ownership of all day-to- day activities.
- Set up and manage paid media campaigns, constantly optimising for ROI.
- Take an innovative and creative approach to growth strategies, adopting test and learn strategies to deliver objectives
- Work closely with the Head of Digital on the digital acquisition and engagement strategy; developing the social media and paid media components.
- Work with stakeholders across the organisation to define target audiences and key messages
- Measure and report on social metrics and paid campaign performance, monitoring performance against KPIs and objectives.
- Manage Influencer marketing campaigns with a performance-driven approach.
- Collaborate with the Content Strategists and the communications team on content strategy and SEO.
- Identify trends and insights, sharing these with the wider team.
- Stay up to date with digital marketing technologies and strategies, identifying and assessing opportunities to improve our performance and tooling.
- Use automation tools like Netcore and Firebase for customer engagement and retention.
Education
- First degree in relevant field/discipline
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in digital marketing with preferred experience in data-driven, highly competitive, complex, dynamic and digital environments such as payments & fintech, financial services, e-commerce, telecoms. Agency experience with brands in this sector would also be considered
