Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior IT Manager with a strong background in enterprise IT operations, project management, Infrastructure, system administration, vendor management, people management, and software development.
In this role, you will lead cross-functional IT and product teams to deliver high-impact technology solutions in the logistics and supply chain domain. Your blend of leadership, technical insight (particularly in C# and Node.js), and business acumen will help drive innovation, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead IT operations and software delivery teams across enterprise logistics platforms.
- Oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of scalable applications built on C# and Node.js.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to align technology initiatives with business priorities.
- Ensure system performance, uptime, and security across all infrastructure and applications.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and digital transformation.
- Mentor and develop IT staff while fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
- Maintain compliance with logistics and transportation industry standards and data regulations.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 7+ years of IT leadership experience in an enterprise environment, ideally within logistics, transportation, or supply chain sectors.
- Proven product management experience and ability to drive product lifecycle from concept to launch.
- Strong technical understanding of C#, .NET, Node.js, APIs, and system integrations.
- Experience managing hybrid cloud infrastructure (e.g., Azure, AWS) and modern CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS), warehouse management systems (WMS), and real-time tracking solutions.
- Certifications in PMP, ITIL, Agile, or product management (e.g., CSPO, Pragmatic).
- Experience with enterprise ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Knowledge of microservices, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), and messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
