Renmoney is looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Marketing Analyst to support our growth and retention efforts. This role will focus on providing deep performance insights, customer journey analysis, segmentation strategies, and marketing ROI tracking. You’ll work closely with the Growth, Brand, CRM, and Product teams to turn data into actionable strategies across all marketing channels.

Responsibilities

  • Track and report on key marketing KPIs including CAC, ROAS, CLV, retention, funnel conversion, and channel attribution.
  • Build dashboards and reports to support performance reviews and business decisions.
  • Analyze customer cohorts, lifecycle trends, and behavioral segmentation to drive reactivation and upsell strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Growth and CRM teams to run A/B tests, measure impact, and optimize marketing campaigns.
  • Support product marketing and GTM strategies with customer insights and campaign analytics.
  • Work closely with Finance and Product teams to align data sources and ensure measurement accuracy.
  • Proactively use AI tools and analytics platforms (e.g. Mixpanel, Looker, Power BI, SQL) to speed up reporting and generate deeper insights.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or performance insights roles.
  • Strong experience with data platforms and tools like SQL, Excel, Mixpanel, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Excellent knowledge of marketing metrics (CAC, CLV, ROAS, etc.) and attribution models.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, data-driven marketing or fintech environments.
  • Comfortable working across departments and translating complex data into clear insights.
  • Experience applying AI or automation in reporting or analysis is a strong advantage.
  • Experience working with this analytics stack is a plus: Mixpanel, Customer.io, Google Analytics, Power BI, and SQL-based reporting tools.
