The Group Company was formed to provide Head Office functions and Shared Resources for the subsidiaries from a central point to make them leaner, efficient and more customer focused.
Job Description
- Plan and maintain network installation, circuit integration, network equipment maintenance, and operations.
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot network issues.
- Monitoring network performance to identify potential problems and help ensure high-performance levels.
- Prepare monthly network availability report.
- Maintaining the network infrastructure by troubleshooting problems with routers, switches, wireless controllers, firewalls, wireless access points, radius servers etc.
- Create Bill of Material (BOM) for new, faulty and end-of-life (EOL) network devices.
- Implement software upgrades or patches on network-related devices.
- Maintaining records of network activity such as logs of user activity or system performance metrics
- Facilitate Change Management requests and execution according to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) or Manual of Procedures (MOP)
- Ensure network documentation are up to date
Job Requirement
- Cisco and Networking certifications; CCNA, CCNP & Fortinet NSE4.
- Competencies, Skills and Knowledge Attitude of resources to provide this service.
- Experience working with networking protocols, including TCP/IP, IPsec, DMVPN, GRE, HSRP, VRRP, MPLS, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP.
- Proficient in leading networking technologies software-defined WAN (SD-WAN), Wi-Fi 6, and network automation.
- Proficient in Unified Threat Management (UTM) Solutions.
- Excellent communication skills.
