Job Description:
- As a Senior UI/UX Designer at Bex IT, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces for our web and mobile applications.
- You will work closely with our product, development, and marketing teams to create seamless and visually stunning experiences for our users.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating their expertise in UI/UX design, a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, and the ability to turn complex problems into elegant solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative UI/UX solutions for our products.
- Conduct user research, gather user requirements, and create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Design and deliver high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and final UI designs that align with our brand and user experience goals.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs based on user insights.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies, and apply them to enhance our design processes and products.
- Work closely with developers to ensure the accurate implementation of designs and provide guidance on UI/UX best practices.
- Create and maintain design documentation, including style guides and design systems.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on web and mobile applications.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail, typography, color, and layout.
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and articulate design decisions to stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is a plus.
