Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to translate campaign goals and messaging into a functional landing page.
- Design and develop visually appealing landing pages with a responsive layout to ensure optimal user experience across all devices (desktop, mobile, table.
- Tailor landing pages for various global markets, considering cultural nuances and language localization.
- Implement best front-end and back-end web development practices to ensure cross-platform compatibility, fast loading times, and smooth user interaction.
- Conduct A/B testing on landing page elements (design, content, CTAs) to identify what resonates best with the target audience.
- Analyze website analytics data to assess landing page performance in terms of user engagement, conversion rates, and lead generation.
- Use data-driven insights to continuously improve landing page usability, design, and content for optimal user experience and lead generation.
- Ensure all web development activities comply with SEO best practices to improve organic search ranking and visibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the company (marketing, sales) to ensure website and landing page infrastructure aligns with global business objectives.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Web Development, or a related field.
- Must have completed the compulsory 1-year NYSC or have an exemption certificate.
- At least 5 years of experience in web development with a demonstrated focus on marketing and B2B campaigns.
- Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and other relevant web development technologies (frameworks like React or Angular.
- Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress and development frameworks is a plus.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and the ability to integrate them into the development process.
- Proficient in using analytics and A/B testing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Optimizely) to optimize landing pages.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work on complex web development projects with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Showcase a portfolio highlighting web development projects that have resulted in measurable revenue growth.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity and tech education solutions, along with a passion for technology and emerging market trends, is a plus.
