Job Objective

  • Responsible for review of existing/new Services
  • Assist the Service Design Manager in managing the Service Design Lifecycle, Service availability, capability as well as Service Level Management.

Educational Qualification and Skills

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field 
  • Must have a valid NYSC Certificate
  • Quality Decision Making & Problem-Solving skills
  • Project Management Skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve business goals.
