Responsibilities
- Creating custom features, designs for the Intranets and portals, customize SharePoint for document management, learning management, helpdesk and creating features such as templates, workflows, etc
- Developing all SharePoint subsites and workflows in addition to authoring and updating site content;
- Work with business units to visualize, modernize, and automate business processes;
- Create/Update Sites, Lists, Libraries, Templates, Themes, Site Definitions, Content Types, etc.
- Analyze and review existing business processes and workflows to identify automation opportunities and inefficiencies.
- Lead the development of initiatives to automate manual and repetitive tasks, improving efficiency and productivity.
- Support process owners, teams, and peers in understanding business requirements and challenges.
- Design and implement automated workflows and business processes using Microsoft applications.
- Ensure data security, integrity, and compliance throughout the workflow integration process.
- Maintain accurate documentation of business processes, workflows, and integration automation solutions.
- Participate in the execution of process improvements within the organization.
- Support and mentor employees through communication, information sharing, and knowledge management.
- Research new methodologies, best practices, and tools to enhance business processes and automation solutions.
- Provide ongoing support in business process improvement, workflow implementation, deployment, and training.
- Continuously improve automated business processes and workflows using Microsoft tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of SharePoint Online;
- Mastery of Automation tools, such as Blue Prism, UI Automation, Power Automate, AutomationAnywhere or UiPath
- Specialized knowledge of web programming, active server pages, CSS and JavaScript is necessary;
- Developing with languages: C#, SQL, PowerShell, JavaScript, HTML, CSS;
- Experience with developing and implementing SharePoint solution in Azure;
- Relevant certifications
