In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective social media advertising campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness, enhancing engagement, and driving conversions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with client objectives and target audiences.
- Conduct audience research and create buyer personas to guide campaign planning.
- Stay current with social media trends, algorithms, and industry best practices.
- Create engaging content for social media, including text, images, and videos.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Engage with the target audience through social media channels, responding promptly and professionally to comments and messages.
- Build and nurture strong online communities around the brand.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with creative directors, copywriters, and designers to ensure cohesive campaigns.
- Work alongside clients to understand their needs and achieve their marketing goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in social media advertising or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Excellent content creation skills, including writing, editing, and design.
- Strong analytical abilities and data interpretation skills.

Desired Skills:
