Role and Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management: Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and drive traffic to our platforms. Manage content creation, scheduling, and analytics across our social media channels.
- Customer Engagement: Actively engage with customers online by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Foster positive relationships with our audience to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Outreach and Introduction: Conduct outreach activities to introduce Morrow Food Market’s services to potential customers via calls, emails, and messages. Effectively communicate our value proposition and handle initial inquiries.
- Content Creation: Assist in creating compelling and relevant content for social media posts, advertisements, and promotional materials that align with our brand’s voice and objectives.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Social Media Proficiency: Strong understanding of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others. Experience with social media management tools is a plus.
- Customer Service Experience: Demonstrated experience in engaging with customers through digital channels, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Marketing Knowledge: Basic knowledge of marketing principles and practices. Previous experience or coursework in marketing or a related field is preferred.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with graphic design, basic video editing (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a flexible, predominantly virtual environment with occasional on-site requirements.
Working Hours and Flexibility:
- This internship offers 80% virtual work flexibility, allowing you to manage your schedule and tasks remotely.
- The remaining 20% may require occasional on-site presence, which will be communicated in advance.
