We are looking for a creative and thoughtful person to help contribute to our marketing efforts through the use of social media platforms. As a Social Media Associate at Piggytech, you will be responsible for monitoring the company's digital media presence, ensuring regular updates, and regularly connecting with the audience across Piggytech’s social media platforms. You will help create, plan, and post content across all digital media networks. You will partner with cross-functional teams that have a track record of successfully building the Piggytech brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Channels Management: Manages company social media channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms.
- Presence Creation: Engages in social media presence creation on new and emerging social media platforms.
- Dynamic Content: Creates dynamic written, graphic, and video content.
- Audience Interaction: Creates content that promotes audience interaction, increases audience presence on company sites, and encourages audience participation.
- Project Management: Assists social media management with large projects, events, and community management.
- Social Media Campaign: Works as part of a team to develop social media and marketing campaigns.
- Reporting: Analyzes and reports audience information, demographics, and the success of existing social media projects.
- Innovation: Proposes new ideas and concepts for social media content and stays on top of trends.
- Collaboration: Works with marketing and social media team members to coordinate ad campaigns with social media strategy
- Communications: Manages social media communications and replies to complaints and inquiries on social media timelines and comment sections.
- Content Scheduling: Uses timelines and scheduled content to create a consistent stream of new content for audience interaction while analyzing, managing, and altering schedules where necessary to optimize visits
Requirements
- 1-2 years of work experience as a Social Media Associate
- B.Sc. in Marketing, Sociology, or a relevant field.
- Experience with creating short-form video content reels, TikTok, etc.
- Proficiency in automation and analytics tools.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, including Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, threads, TikTok, etc.
