Job Summary
As a Social Media Associate, you'll be responsible for managing and growing Shuttlers' presence across various social media platforms. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, implementing social media strategies, and fostering community engagement to enhance brand visibility, grow customer interaction, foster brand loyalty, and support business goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our brand is effectively communicated across various social media platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall marketing objectives. Identify target audiences and create content that resonates with them.
- Stay informed about industry trends and incorporate innovative strategies to keep the brand ahead in the digital space.
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) across various social media platforms, and work closely with the design team to ensure visually appealing and consistent brand messaging. You will also monitor and respond to user-generated content and engage with the online community.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote product launches, events, and other marketing initiatives. Utilise advertising platforms to reach target audiences and optimise campaign performance.
- Track, analyse, and report on key social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns, and provide regular reports on social media performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Foster and grow a vibrant and engaged community around the brand. Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, public relations, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive brand message, and explore and establish partnerships with influencers and other relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Strong creative and writing skills.
- Experience with social media analytics tools.
- Familiarity with paid social advertising.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented and results-driven.
