Role Summary:
- We’re looking for a creative, trend-savvy, and results-driven Social Media Associate to bring Termii’s brand story to life across all digital platforms.
- You’ll be the voice behind our social presence, crafting engaging content, building meaningful online communities, and driving conversations that strengthen our brand visibility and customer engagement.
- This role is perfect for someone who loves experimenting with content formats, understands platform algorithms, and is passionate about creating scroll-stopping moments.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management
- Manage Termii’s social media accounts (X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) — including planning, scheduling, posting, and community engagement.
- Develop and execute a social media calendar that aligns with marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
- Respond promptly to comments, mentions, and direct messages to foster community engagement.
- Monitor and report on social media trends, audience behaviors, and competitive activities to guide content strategy.
Social Media Content Creation & Curation
- Create high-quality, engaging, and on-brand social content, including captions, short-form videos, graphics, and stories.
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and external vendors to produce multimedia content that resonates with our target audience.
- Repurpose blog posts, customer stories, and campaign materials into social-first formats.
Analytics & Optimization
- Track and analyze key performance metrics (engagement, reach, clicks, conversions) and prepare regular reports.
- Work closely with the Brand & Marketing team to ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across channels
- Use insights to optimize content strategy and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Experiment with new content types, formats, and posting times to maximize engagement.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Media Studies, or related field.
- 2+ years of social media management experience (internship experience counts).
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and content best practices.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency with social media tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics dashboards.
- Experience creating content using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is a plus.
- Proactive, creative, and detail-oriented with a growth mindset.
