Job Description
- We are looking for a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented Content Creator & Social Media Manager to join our team. This role requires strong storytelling skills, trend awareness, and the ability to connect with audiences across multiple platforms.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a content strategy aligned with the company’s marketing goals.
- Generate new content ideas weekly to saty ahead of trends
- Create engaging, high-quality, and original content (graphics, videos, reels, photos, blogs, captions, etc.)
- Write clear and concise captions and cand call-to-actions to suit each social media platforms
- Manage daily posting, scheduling, and engagement across social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, etc.)
- Manage a consistent content calendar
- Collaborate with the sales, e-commerce and customer service teams to ensure content aligns with overall business goals.

Requirements
- Minimum of two years in social media management and content creation
- Minimum qualification: BSc
- Proficiency with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, Inshot, Lightroom etc.).
- Skilled in product photography, videography, and editing.
- Excellent on-camera presence
- Deep understanding of social media trends and platform algorithms
- Creativity, originality, and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, take initiatives, meet deadlines and adapt to changing trends.
- Willing to learn and follow company policies
- Should be willing to work with company long term
- Must reside around Ikeja or its environs.
