Job Summary

  • We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Content Manager to lead our social media efforts.
  • In this role, you will be responsible for developing engaging content, growing our online presence, and driving audience engagement across various social media platforms. 
  • The ideal candidate has experience in content creation, social media management, and data-driven marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a social media content strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create, curate, and manage high-quality content (text, images, videos, reels, etc.) across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Plan and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and brand messaging.
  • Monitor social media trends, audience behaviour, and competitor activity to refine strategies.
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other team members to produce compelling content.
  • Analyze social media metrics and performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Hootsuite, and provide data-driven insights.
  • Manage paid social media advertising campaigns to increase reach and conversions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, platform algorithm changes, and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in social media management and content creation.
  • Strong writing, storytelling, and visual content skills.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar).
  • Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
  • Experience in influencer marketing and community management is a plus.
