Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Manage day-to-day social media activities across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter).
- Create high-quality, creative content (graphics, videos, and copy) that aligns with the brand voice.
- Run paid ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads) to generate leads and boost conversions.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights.
- Engage with online communities, respond to comments/messages, and foster brand loyalty.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and algorithm changes to optimize content performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- To organize and manage websites to increase traffic for sales.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
- Experience in creating and managing paid ad campaigns.
- Creative content creation skills (graphic design, video editing, and copywriting).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
