Job Description

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Create, curate, and publish engaging content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) to attract and retain followers.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and PR, to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives.
  • Stay updated on emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices and implement them to improve social media performance.
  • Inspecting landing pages, product information, checkout options, and all other pertinent website-related systems to ensure their visual appeal, accuracy, and ease of use.
  • Monitoring website traffic and customer reviews to gauge responses to site updates.
  • Teaming up with our SEO Specialists to increase the online presence of our website.
  • Create compelling and visually appealing content, including text, images, videos, and infographics, tailored for different social media platforms.
  • Curate relevant and engaging content from external sources to supplement the organization's social media presence.
  • Ensure that all content aligns with brand guidelines, maintains a consistent tone of voice, and adheres to copyright and legal requirements.
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure the accuracy, relevance, and consistency of content shared on social media platforms.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify and rectify any errors, inconsistencies, or deviations from brand guidelines.
  • Monitor user-generated content and comments for compliance with community guidelines and respond appropriately to maintain a positive online reputation.
