  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the companys brand, target audience, and marketing goals.
  • Content Creation: Create engaging and high-quality (platform specific) content for various social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and infographics, related to sports betting, sports events, and relevant topics.
  • Content Writing: Write contents that can be used for Email Marketing, SMS marketing, Blogs, Display Banners etc.
  • Community Management: Build and nurture an active and passionate online community of sports enthusiasts through regular interaction, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Social Listening: Monitor social media platforms for discussions, trends, and user-generated content related to sports betting and sports events. Actively participate in relevant conversations and identify opportunities for engagement.
  • Campaign Management: Develop and execute social media campaigns and promotions to drive user acquisition, engagement, and brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure campaign assets align with the overall marketing strategy.
  • Influencer Management: Identify and collaborate with relevant sports betting influencers, to amplify the companys reach, enhance credibility, and engage with the target audience.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media metrics, including engagement, reach, follower growth, conversions, and sentiment analysis. Prepare regular reports and provide actionable insights to optimize social media performance.
  • Trend Research: Stay updated on the latest sports news, trends, and social media best practices. Apply this knowledge to generate innovative content ideas and capitalize on trending topics.
  • Crisis Management: Monitor social media platforms for potential crises, reputation management issues, or customer concerns related to the sports betting industry. Act swiftly and effectively to mitigate negative impacts.
  • Compliance and Regulations: Ensure all social media content and interactions adhere to legal and regulatory requirements specific to the sports betting industry.
