Key Responsibilities
- Post social media content curated by the content creation team according to the social media calendar.
- Respond to direct messages, comments, and inquiries from our social media community, maintaining a positive and engaging brand presence.
- Develop catchy, engaging, and brand-aligned captions for posts across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines set by our business partners and suppliers.
- Collaborate with the content creator and executive management to refine and schedule posts in line with upcoming campaigns.
- Understand the unique nature of each social media platform and tailor content accordingly (e.g., tone, length, style).
- Monitor trends in the luxury retail and beauty industry, incorporating fresh ideas into social media strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the luxury retail, beauty, or lifestyle sectors.
- Strong command of the English language with an ability to create catchy, persuasive, and engaging captions.
- An eye for detail and aesthetics, with a solid understanding of brand consistency.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and an understanding of the unique characteristics and post types of each (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools (a plus).
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box to craft attention-grabbing posts.
