Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to align with business goals.
- Design and manage a detailed content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting across platforms.
- Create engaging content (text, image, and video) that aligns with our brand voice.
- Monitor and manage all social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn).
- Analyze social media metrics and report on performance.
- Engage with our audience, respond to comments, and foster online community growth.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to produce high-quality content.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends and best practices.
- Comprehensive understanding of various social media platforms and how to optimize content for maximum engagement.
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
- Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO
- Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years post NYSC experience as a Social Media Handler or similar role.
- Applicant must be medically inclined
- Experience in creating and managing a content calendar
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Experience in content creation and management.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
- Creativity and attention to detail.
