Key Responsibilities
Content Creation:
- Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with our brand voice and messaging
- Create high-quality, engaging content (text, images, videos, stories) for various social media platforms
- Conduct research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and news
Account Management:
- Manage and maintain our social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner
- Analyze engagement metrics and adjust content strategy accordingly
Campaign Execution:
- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns and promotions
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, communications, etc.) to ensure alignment and consistency
Additional Responsibilities:
- Stay up-to-date with social media platform changes and best practices
- Participate in brainstorms and idea generation sessions
- Manage and maintain a content calendar.
