Job Summary:
The Social Media/IT Executive is responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, implementation, and optimization of the company's social media presence and digital platforms. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise and social media marketing skills to ensure a seamless and effective online experience for the target audience. The Social Media/IT Executive will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate social media initiatives with the overall IT infrastructure and digital strategy, driving brand awareness, audience engagement, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy and Management:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company's marketing and communication goals.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify the target audience, their preferences, and the most effective social media platforms.
- Oversee the creation and curation of engaging, visually appealing, and high-quality content for the company's social media channels.

- Continuously monitor and troubleshoot any technical issues or user experience problems across the digital platforms.
- Implement cutting-edge technologies, tools, and best practices to enhance the overall digital ecosystem and user experience.
Cross-Functional Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with the marketing, advertising, and public relations teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to the company's online presence.

Qualifications and Skills:
