Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement across various platforms.
- Create compelling and shareable content tailored to our target audience.
- Manage day-to-day activities on social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and community management.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and provide insights to optimize content and campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2-3 years) managing social media accounts for brands or organizations.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and visual content.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
