The Social Media Manager will be a passionate sports enthusiast with a deep understanding of the online casino, sports, and virtual games industry. As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy, creating engaging content, and utilizing social media tools to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and overall business growth.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the       overall marketing objectives of betBonanza.
  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement metrics to measure the success of social media campaigns.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to ensure betBonanza remains at the forefront of social media innovation.

Content Creation:

  • Create high-quality, engaging, and shareable content that resonates with our target audience across various social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia elements for social media posts.
  • Draft compelling and on-brand copy for social media posts, ensuring consistency in tone and messaging.

Community Engagement:

  • Foster a sense of community among betBonanza's social media followers.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and comments on social media channels, maintaining a positive and interactive online presence.
  • Monitor and participate in relevant online conversations, forums, and communities to stay connected with our audience.

 Social Media Tools:

  • Leverage social media management tools to schedule posts, track performance analytics, and monitor social media trends.
  • Stay informed about emerging social media tools and technologies, recommending and implementing new tools as appropriate.

Campaign Management:

  • Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote new products, special events, and promotions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media initiatives are aligned with broader marketing campaigns.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Regularly analyze social media performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports on social media metrics to the leadership team.

Requirement;

  • Minimum of 3 years working experience in creative, marketing, or sports media agency
