Job Details

  1. Content Creation:
    • Develop and curate engaging and high-quality content, including photos, videos, and written posts, to showcase the restaurant’s menu, ambiance, events, and promotions.
    • Create a content calendar to plan and schedule posts across various social media platforms.
  2. Social Media Strategy:
    • Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with the restaurant's brand, goals, and target audience.
    • Identify and utilize key social media trends, tools, and platforms that resonate with the restaurant's audience.
  3. Community Engagement:
    • Interact with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
    • Build and maintain a positive online community, encouraging customer loyalty and advocacy.
  4. Advertising and Promotion:
    • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and performance tracking.
    • Promote special events, offers, new menu items, and seasonal promotions to increase customer engagement and foot traffic.
  5. Analytics and Reporting:
    • Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools to track metrics like engagement, reach, and follower growth.
    • Provide regular reports on social media performance and insights, recommending improvements and new strategies.
  6. Brand Management:
    • Ensure all content and interactions align with the restaurant's brand voice, image, and values.
    • Monitor the online reputation of the restaurant and manage any negative feedback or issues professionally.
  7. Collaboration:
    • Work closely with other departments, such as customer service , production team, and other staffs, to ensure cohesive messaging and strategies.

Collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and other partners for cross-promotion and expanded reach.
