Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the fintech landscape and a passion for leveraging social media to drive engagement, brand awareness, and customer loyalty. This role involves creating and executing social media strategies, managing online presence, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company’s goals and target audience.
  • Identify key social media trends and insights to inform content creation and marketing strategies.

Content Creation and Management:

  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce high-quality visuals, videos, and written content.

Community Engagement:

  • Foster a strong online community by engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and encouraging user-generated content.
  • Monitor and manage the company's online reputation, addressing any issues or negative feedback promptly and professionally.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Hoot suite, or Sprout Social.
  • Provide regular reports on social media campaigns’ performance, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure a cohesive brand message and integrated marketing efforts.
  • Coordinate with influencers and partners to expand the company’s reach and impact.

Innovation:

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, technologies, and trends.
  • Experiment with new content formats and platforms to drive innovation and audience growth.
  • Also, as the social media manager, your responsibility also includes marketing ,will be responsible for the market research. Doing some study research about our competitors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably within the fintech or financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hoot suite, Buffer, Sprout Social). Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and metrics. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of SEO, web traffic metrics, and digital marketing trends is a plus.
